Size (11x17)This is my entry for the Cooper River Bridge Run poster contest. My idea was to create a design that was clean, bold, and typographically driven. I started playing with the text required for the poster to determine where it fit best on the page. From there I wanted to created a simplistic version of the bridge, blow it up, and engulf most of the page. I chose to use a dark blue and white white to symbolize South Carolina. With the help of a pantone swatch book picked a bright orange to make the text pop off the page.
